Benefits to the customer

Centralized data collection and monitoring

SemiTrac has designed and employs a state-of-the-art data collection and remote monitoring system that will facilitate 24x7x365 data tracking from any of our three research facilities. We are able to examine real time results at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters, with data streamed from any of our three test facilities. This capability is extremely useful for long-term reliability testing as well as for subsystem performance monitoring under varying test conditions over extended periods of time. More >

Advanced test and characterization solutions for the semiconductor, MEMS and solar thin film industries.

SemiTrac provides cutting-edge test, characterization and validation services to manufacturers of critical subsystems used in semiconductor, MEMS and photovoltaic manufacturing equipment. These solutions encompass complex mechanical systems, gas and liquid control systems, vacuum and pumping systems as well as electrical systems, and embedded control systems. Our specialized focus is on components, modules and critical subsystems. The SemiTrac Solutions Team has decades of proven expertise in design, engineering, test and characterization. We employ the most advanced tools, resources and techniques for test, analysis, documentation and data acquisition and management.

SemiTrac provides proven expertise ranging from concept to prototype evaluation, identifying performance issues, process specific application expertise, as well as support with any cycle through product development, test and verification. Our ability to test and validate product performance with live process chemistries enables accurate characterization and design or development of critical components. Our objective is to provide OEMs with the expertise and ability to mitigate field failures, identify root cause, material incompatibility, and product performance issues during the product evaluation phase as well as field replacement issues.
